Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kimberly, Founder and lead instructor with Kolibri! Born and raised in Maryland, I swapped the lab coat for hiking boots—though I still believe coffee counts as a science experiment. With a background in science, medical research, and 13 years of Girl Scout leadership, I now spend my days teaching kids how to start a fire (safely), tie knots (practically), and ask questions that spark a lifetime of learning. At Kolibri Education & Consulting, curiosity isn’t only encouraged—it’s mandatory.
