What You Can Expect
An easy-to-moderate hike filled with connection and reflection in a carefully chosen natural space that supports your desire to recharge. Groups are always kept small to preserve intimacy and quality.
We gather for an opening meditation and calming session, stretch, hike an average of two (2) miles, and end with a gentle closing. Each hike incorporates either a hands-on activity or a take-home gift, alternately.
Come experience what more we do in our time together by joining a session, and you’ll be looking forward to the next by the end insha’Allah.

Group size is capped for safety and a quality experience
